At present, the Railway department employee has two options to download the RESS salary slip through a web page or a mobile app on login to AIMS portal with registered employee number as user ID. Let’s have a look at both of them with simple steps as below.
RESS Salary Slip Download
- Open Railway employee self service AIMS application using the link https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/ress/
- Enter Employee Number as Railway User ID and Password
- Click Sign In to login to the page
- Verify your profile
- Identify and Click Salary
- Select Pay Period or Month with arrow at left or right
- Click Go
- Find the details displayed on the screen
- Click PDF if required physical copy
- Tap on download button at below right
- Click Print or download as per your requirement.
Now, the second option is RESS mobile application, which you may download and install on your device as below
RESS Pay Slip Download on Android
- Open Google Playstore
- Search for RESS or use the direct link as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cris.org.in.ress
- Install the application
- Login to the application using employee details
- Access Salary and Select the required month to view, print or to download the salary slip.
RESS iOS Link
Recently Railway department allows iOS users (iPhone and iPad) to use the RESS app on their devices, but the employee should fill the details mentioned to get the iOS link, just check below
- Open the link https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/Public/Ress
- Enter Employee Number > Mobile Number
- Provide Registered Date of Birth
- Enter Verification Code shown and Click Proceed
- Provide OTP and Validate
- Open the RESS iOS link received and install RESS app on your iPhone or iPad
- Login to your account and access your profile or download the RESS salary slip required
Apart from the salary pay slip, RESS application login provides the details of Bio Data, NPS, Income Tax, Loans / Advances, Leave, Family and Retirement Benefits.
How many months salary slip will allow to download from RESS
As per the present feasibility, RESS application allows to download the 4months salary slip including the present calender month salary pay slip details by selecting the required month. Also, you can download the 4 financial years consolidated salary slip.
Is there any limit for RESS iOS link to download and install app?
At present there is no limit, but have to register or provide the employee details to get the iOS link on each iOS device for succesfull installation of RESS.
